SAS ELECTRIC, Inc. was founded in January 1989 to provide quality commercial and industrial contracting in the metropolitan Phoenix area.  Our original focus was commercial tenant improvement and remodeling.  Since those early days we have evolved into an organization that offers a broad range of electrical services.  With over 150 years of combined electrical experience in our management staff, we can offer our customers exceptional technical expertise, quality installations and the ability to meet today's demanding completion schedules.

Our Commercial Department offers a wide range of experience, including new school campuses, large industrial tenant improvements, banks, restaurants and large warehouse shell constructions.  We also offer tenant improvement, remodel, fire alarm and specialty wiring.

Our Residential Department offers quality products and services for custom new home construction and remodeling.  We can identify the needs of homeowners, from complete house wiring to fire alarm and specialty wiring.

We also offer service for all electrical maintenance requirements.  Our skilled service team is courteous, clean and efficient.

The latest addition to our family of services is Simplified Automation Systems.  We can provide a complete entertainment and control system for your home.  Our premier home control systems include "Control4 Home Automation" products.
